Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Sydney, New South Wales, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices and agreements published by Launcmestr, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Launcmestr concerning the Services.
